During our lesson on 23.03.22, we watched an advert about a food campaign which aimed to persuade the audience to donate money for a charity. We used this advert to evaluate its effectiveness in informing, engaging and persuading people. Next, we discussed what these types of adverts need in order to be successful and used this information to plan our own advert in groups for a food campaign.
On 28.03.22, we wrote the scripts for our adverts and performed them for the rest of the class. After each performance, the audience discussed what went well and evaluated them on their effectiveness.
