Making calendars
We created a piece of artwork that we turned into a calendar!
First, we drew round different sized circular objects to create overlapping circles. Then we traced over the pencil lines with black pen to make them stand out. After that, we painted each section that was formed by the overlapping circles. We chose colours that represent each of the four seasons. For example: yellow for Summer, orange for Autumn, blue for Winter, and green for Spring.
We backed our artwork on coloured card and added a calendar tab to complete our calendars!
