Once Upon a Time
We started off our topic this term with an exciting Drama Workshop, delivered by an actress and story teller from a company called 'West End Schools'. During the morning the children acted out the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, then throughout the afternoon the children acted out the story of Jack and the Beanstalk. This was a fantastic opportunity for our children to learn and try out some new drama skills. Please take a look at our photos to see what a fantastic time the children had! Planting Beans - week commencing 15th January 2024
Our story of the week is 'Jack and the Beanstalk', we have been busy planting our own magic beans (runner beans) so that we can grow our own beanstalk, just like Jack did! I wonder who will grow the largest beanstalk? We have been learning about seeds and what they need to help them grow.
We have also been learning how to plant seeds and care for growing plants.
