Summer 1 - Journey

We did a shared write to describe one page of the book. We used our Grammarsaurus learning to help us use conjunctions and identify the independent clauses.

We thought of some similes and metaphors and then tried to include them in our writing.

We wrote the start of a diary entry together. We tried to use conjunctions, adverbials, interesting vocabulary and expanded noun phrases to build some super sentences.

We sequenced the main events and added them to a story mountain
