Nursery have had a fantastic two days celebrating World Book Day!
On Thursday 7th March, our Nursery children came to school dressed as a character from a Traditional Tale or a Fairy Tale. Everyone looked amazing!
The children made and decorated Gingerbread Men, they also created gingerbread men out of playdough. They designed and made a basket for Little Red Riding Hood and filled it with delicious treats for her to take to Grandma. The children also made a 'bear bag' using various craft materials.
On Friday 8th March it was our 'World Book Day Parent Workshop', we had lots of family members join our children and join in with our Book Day activities.
Our focus book for World Book Day was 'The Lost Property Office'. The children went on a hunt outside to find all the missing items from our story. Please take a look at our photographs to see what an amazing time we all had!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
