The children have had lots of fun exploring capacity. We used mathematical vocabulary to describe the amount of liquid in the containers.
The children have had lots of fun ordering and comparing numbers from 1 to 100.
The children have been exploring numbers to 100. They have identified the place value of digits within the numbers and represented numbers using tens and ones.
The children have been exploring fractions. They have been finding half and a quarter of different amounts.
The children have explored grouping and sharing to find amounts. They have also looked at doubling numbers.
