World Book Day

Wow! What an amazing day! Our Year group author was Roald Dahl so we all dressed as characters from his books. 

 

 

 


 

On the Thursday, we completed a variety of activities based around our book for the day, ‘The Lost Thing’, by Shaun Tan. You will see some pictures of our work from the day below.

 

We started our morning by discussing our favourite books, authors and reasons why we like reading. 

We then created a glossary for any new and unfamiliar vocabulary that we found in The Lost Thing.
