Year 1
During Science week, Year 1 read Jack and the Beanstalk and discussed what the magic beans needed in order for them to grow. They were very good at understanding how the process of plants growing linked to this year’s theme of ‘time’. Then, they planted their own beans so they can observe them grow over time. They also got to examine frogspawn and talk about the life cycle of a frog.
